Rachael Godden Named Banking Center Manager of Upcoming Farmers Park Location
Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Rachael Godden was recently named the new Banking Center Manager for the bank's under-construction location inside Farmers Park.
“I am excited for Rachael to take her extensive branch knowledge and help us transition to a new service model at Farmers Park,” said Stephanie Rutledge, Director of Consumer Sales and Customer Experience. “Rachael has continually shown her commitment to Guaranty Bank through her willingness to take on new challenges and I look forward to her continued success at our newest banking center.”
Godden has more than 17 years of banking experience, beginning her career as a teller for Bank Midwest in 2000. She joined Guaranty Bank in 2004 as the retail officer for the bank’s west Kearney Street location, then moved to the bank’s Glenstone Banking Center in 2005 to manage that location. In 2013 she became the retail officer of both banking centers and in 2016 was promoted to assistant vice president and banking center manager.
One year ago Guaranty Bank announced its plans for a full-service, state-of-the-art banking center on the first floor of the final commercial structure located in the southeast Springfield Farmers Park mixed-use development. The banking center, set to open in early 4th quarter 2017 at 2144 E. Republic Road, will feature the latest in banking technology including a video banking machine and showcase a modern, engaging design. It will be Guaranty Bank’s seventh Springfield location and 10th overall.
