Melissa Ives Joins Guaranty Bank as Operations Officer/Electronic Services Manager

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Melissa Ives was recently hired as operations officer/electronic services manager.

Ives has more than 15 years of banking industry experience, predominantly in electronic services. She began her career in 2006 with Great Southern Bank as a teller before promotions to security administrative assistant in 2007 and business support services specialist/electronic operations supervisor in 2009. In 2011 she was named electronic services manager at Liberty Bank before rejoining Great Southern in 2015 as electronic banking manager. In 2017 she was named compliance specialist and most recently served as treasury operations senior risk specialist.

“Melissa brings a wealth of electronic banking knowledge to Guaranty Bank,” said Will Cologna, director of operations and facilities. “Banking is increasingly dependent on electronic services and her experience will prove vital toward furthering the bank’s progress and development in this key area. We look forward to her leadership and contributions to our electronic banking team.”

Ives holds an Associate of Arts degree from Ozarks Technical Community College and is an Accredited ACH Professional through the National Automated Clearing House Association.
