Lacey Brewer, Becky Wright Named Retail Banking Officers

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Lacey Brewer was recently promoted to retail banking officer at the bank’s 2109 N. Glenstone Ave. banking center while Becky Wright has been hired as the retail banking officer for the bank’s 1905 W. Kearney St. location.

Brewer joined Guaranty Bank in 2006 as a full-time teller and progressed through every teller and personal banker level within the bank before becoming the retail lead for the Glenstone Banking Center in 2014. She was promoted to assistant banking center manager in February before becoming the retail banking officer effective Aug. 1.

“Lacey’s extensive knowledge of our Glenstone customers along with her excellent leadership and service will ensure our continued success on the north side of Springfield,” said Stephanie Rutledge, Senior Vice President and Director of Consumer Sales and Customer Experience at Guaranty Bank.

Wright, hired Aug. 14, joins Guaranty Bank with 14 years of retail banking experience at Great Southern Bank, Central Bank and Commerce Bank, including several years of experience working with commercial and consumer clients in north Springfield.

“We are excited to bring someone with Becky’s experience to the Guaranty Bank team,” Rutledge said. “Her extensive experience in helping customers meet their banking needs will serve us well at our Kearney Banking Center.”
