Guaranty Bank Promotes Stephanie Rutledge to Chief Administrative Officer

Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Stephanie Rutledge has been promoted to executive vice president and chief administrative officer.

Rutledge, who has more than 25 years of banking experience, joined Guaranty Bank in 2014 as senior vice president and director of consumer sales and customer experience. Prior to joining Guaranty, Rutledge spent two years at Regions Bank as vice president and consumer sales manager and was vice president and retail group manager at Commerce Bank for 11 years. She began her banking career in 1991 as a teller with Boatmen’s Bank.

“Stephanie’s leadership and experience have proven to be invaluable assets in our mission to deliver the absolute best banking experience to our current and future customers,” said Shaun Burke, president and CEO. “She has the knowledge, skill and dedication necessary to help take Guaranty Bank to a new level and we’re excited to see all that she’ll accomplish in this new role.”

As chief administrative officer, Rutledge will lead departments including branch banking, consumer lending, operations, human resources and marketing for Guaranty. She is a 1994 graduate of Missouri State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She is also very active in the community, currently serving as president of the board of directors for Least Of These food pantry in Christian County. She is a Leadership Springfield alum and current advisor as well as a member of the Community Partnership of the Ozarks’ Making Sense of Money Advisory Coalition.
