Guaranty Bank Opens New Concept Banking Center in Joplin
Guaranty Bank’s newest banking center, situated on the corner of Range Line and 20th Street in Joplin, is now open for business. Located at 1936 Range Line Road, Ste. A, the state-of-the-art full-service banking center features cutting-edge technology, dialogue towers in lieu of a traditional teller line and a modern vibrancy befitting Joplin’s busiest area.
“Our new retail banking center at 20th and Range Line provides our customers with the latest in banking technology and accessibility,” said Guaranty Bank Joplin Region President Jeff Williams. “We are very excited to introduce this banking center in Joplin. The state-of-the-art design and function is unique to this area, while having three full-service locations in Joplin provides our customers with even greater access.”
The new banking center incorporates the latest in banking technology and trends including a touchscreen television and convenient drive-thru video banking where customers can perform nearly any transaction done inside the bank from the comfort of their vehicle. Several flatscreen TV monitors light up the interior and exterior of the facility, displaying the latest marketing messages, rates and even live television above the community table, where visitors can enjoy a coffee bar and stay awhile longer.
“When customers enter this banking center they can expect a warm and friendly welcome along with top-tier banking options,” said Retail Banking Officer JP Phillips, who will manage the banking center. “We’re very excited to open the doors.”
The opening of Guaranty Bank’s Range Line Banking Center coincides with the closure of its loan production office, which opened in early 2016. It is the bank’s 18th full-service location and third to open in Joplin in the past month.
